Physical Training
The Department of Physical Education of “Mongolian National University of Medical Sciences” (MNUMS) has been conducting educational activities since 1959. As of 2022-2023 academic year, the physical education department has 6 main teachers and 1 employee educating more than 1,300 students of 90 classes of the 1st course of pre-medical, and pre-health. 2 sets(semester) of physical education and 96 hours of lessons were developed, a teaching program that combines practice, seminars, and e-lessons was developed in accordance with the main policy and goals of education. The heads of the department senior teacher B. Dashdelger, senior teacher Dr. (Ph.D) Kh. Tserenvandan, senior teacher N. Sukhbaatar, teachers P. Munkhzul, Ch. Munkhbat, G. Enkhbayar, employee N. Oyuntsetseg are working In selected sections and groups, the team trains athletes in basketball, volleyball, cheerleading, handball, and athletics, and successfully participates in student and national competitions on behalf of MNUMS.
